We hope you will be very happy with your Unserten order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our return process is quick and easy to navigate.
Refund Policy
We offer a full return service for all full-price and sale items up to 25% discount only. If you wish to return your item, please contact us at orders@unserten.com within 10 business days of receiving your item. We will send you an RA form, which you are required to fill out and send back with your return item via your preferred courier or postal service. We must receive your item within 20 business days of the RA being approved. Once your return has been received and approved for a refund, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Processing times vary from bank to bank, so please allow up to 5 business days for the money to clear back into your account.
Cancellations
We do not allow cancellation of orders, however, if your order has already been shipped to your destination and you decide not to accept this delivery, any shipping costs and other fees will be deducted from this refund. Conditions of refunds
All items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in. They must be returned with all the original packaging materials and no tags removed. When trying on items please ensure that you are not wearing makeup or tanning products, they may rub off onto garments. Items must not have been dry-cleaned or cleaned in any other manner which might alter the look, smell, or appearance of the item. UNSERTEN will not accept returns on items that are damaged or soiled in any way.
